To ensure uninterrupted SchoolBooking service, we auto-renew your licenses when the renewal price matches previous years. Our renewals team processes auto-renewals 30 days prior to your license expiry date.
If your license has changed (and the renewal price has increased), we will contact you with a formal quote around 60 days prior to expiry.
You will receive a renewal reminder at 30 days. To complete renewal, visit your license page (Administration > License > Options) and select Pay by Card to update your license.
