MAT Licence Programme
What is it?
The MAT Licence Plan is a multi-school licensing option for Multi-Academy Trusts. It allows your Trust to consolidate licences for the SchoolBooking platform across multiple schools—simplifying management and significantly reducing costs.
How do we qualify?
To be eligible, your Trust must include two or more secondary schools (KS3 & KS4) currently using—or ready to start using—the SchoolBooking platform.
If your Trust is made up of only primary schools, please get in touch with our Customer Services team to discuss alternative discount options tailored for you.
What are the benefits of the MAT Licence Plan?
There are 3 benefits to the MAT licence plan
1. Free Primary School Licences
For every licensed Secondary School, we provide a mirror licence free of charge—perfect for one of your Primary Schools. You simply nominate which Primaries to include.
2. Central Trust Booking System
A no-cost booking system for the Trust itself, making it easy to coordinate shared spaces and central services.
3. Free Video Calls for Parent Meetings
All Parent Meeting licences include Video Call functionality—a feature that’s typically an optional add-on.
How much could I save my Trust?
Savings depend on the number of modules your Secondary Schools use (e.g., Bookings, Parent Meetings, Lettings), as well as your current software costs. Here’s a real-world example:
Example: 3 Secondary Schools + 2 Primary Schools
Current Setup:
Each secondary school is paying for two systems—one for room/resource bookings and another for parents’ evenings. Each primary school only requires a parent evening system.
