When your academic year ends, your MIS reports zero lessons in the data. This restarts when the new timetable data appears in the API.
Depending on your MIS, this happens when the new timetable is fully applied and active. Typically this is the first day of the new term (September 1st).
If you are using SIMS.net or Arbor, we have a report you can use for our customer services team to import manually.
If staff need to start making bookings before the new timetable is available, we recommend emailing them to explain that while they are free to log bookings for the next school year, once the new timetable is available, some bookings may be cancelled due to lesson clashes.
