Account has not been activated

If your invitation email has not been received or lost you can still activate your account (your email address will need match what the school has associated to you on their system). You will only need to activate your account for the first event your school invites you to.

If you email address is recognised and the account is not active you will see this message where you can resend the activation email.

If your email doesn't arrive in the next 5 minutes, check your spam folder and then contact your school office. They will be able to activate your account manually.
