If you see this message when trying to login, it is because the school has a different email address stored on their system for you. Please try another email address (ie. perhaps you are trying to login with a work email address, but the school has another private Gmail email address linked to your parent account).
Please contact the school office directly to change the email address if you think it needs updating.
