Add and Invite Additional Parents/Guardians to your Event

Steps

Go to Manage Event - Invitations

Any Guardian name with a +1 symbol indicates other guardians associated with the student who haven't been invited. Select Actions to add them.

For example, use this when parents live apart and want separate meetings with teachers.

Note: During the Create Event wizard, you can add all secondary contacts.
